CTC-COLL 200® es un antibiótico granulado de amplio espectro, formulado con Clortetraciclina, un compuesto bacteriostático derivado de la fermentación de Streptomyces aureofaciens. Actúa inhibiendo el metabolismo bacteriano, lo que lo convierte en una opción eficaz para el tratamiento terapéutico de enfermedades digestivas y respiratorias de origen bacteriano en aves, así como infecciones subclínicas que afectan la producción.
Administrado oralmente, mezclado con el alimento, CTC-COLL 200® es ideal para metafilaxia, control y tratamiento de infecciones causadas por bacterias Gram negativas, como colibacilosis, cólera aviar, coriza infecciosa, tifoidea y paratifoidea aviar. También es útil en el control de infecciones relacionadas con la enfermedad respiratoria crónica complicada (ERCC) y peritonitis bacteriana en gallinas. Además, combate infecciones por bacterias Gram positivas que afectan la absorción entérica, como las causadas por Clostridium. Su acción prolongada y amplio espectro lo hacen una herramienta valiosa en la salud aviar.
